The Dodgy Knees Walk
2 May 2020

If you like walking but hate steps and inclines, then this is the walk for you. According to the experts, walking is good for your joints, can help you lose weight and can help ease osteoarthritis knee pain. But enough about that.

This is a walk for those who like to walk on a level ground and enjoy the social aspects of walking, including a drink at the pub as a well-earned reward for all that effort! There will be a bit of chat from your walk leader about some of the landmarks you pass along the route but nothing too taxing!
