A family seaside story walk with storyteller Sue Bailey. There will be plenty of stops for stories and finding beach treasure. Find out why the crab has no head, or why the sea is salty. Wear suitable beach shoes!
This walk will follow a gentle pace.
Gentle, rolling landscape, walking on paths with good to average surfaces. Some walking on gentle inclines, some stiles or steps to be expected en route.
Suitable for a person with sufficient mobility to climb a flight of stairs.
This walk will go along a shingle beach and involve looking in rock pools. The access to the beach is down a steep ramp so it is not ideal for wheelchairs or buggies. This walk is suitable for anyone over the age of 3 and is targeted mainly, but not exclusively at children.
