Mark Rowe is an outdoors writer and author for a number of national newspapers and is news editor at BBC Countryfile Magazine. Having visited the Island more than a dozen times, he knows it well. On this walk will take in a wide range of what the Island has to offer and what he loves about it: marshes, rivers, woodland, beach and cliffs.

This walk will follow a moderate pace.
Varying landscape with some more challenging slopes. Stiles and steps to be expected en route, suitable for keen walkers and anyone who is reasonably active.
Walkers need to be reasonably agile and mobile. Not suitable for walkers with mobility impairment of any kind.
This walk is fine for children aged 10 or over so long as they are used to walking a good distance. Toilets are available at Culver Haven Inn, possibly only available to patrons.
