Ramblers Roadshow
2 May 2020

Ramblers Roadshows are training events which are held across Britain. This is an opportunity for both Ramblers members and visitors to the Walking Festival to brush up their skills and meet Ramblers staff. These events are not usually open to non-members so we are thrilled to offer this opportunity to all Walking Festival visitors.

There will be morning and afternoon training sessions and a buffet lunch will be provided. Topics will include:

  • Walk leadership training
  • First aid for walkers
  • Navigational skills (using a smartphone)
  • Footpath law basics
  • Footpath law advanced
