A leisurely amble around Pig Leg Lane Nature Reserve – a green oasis in the Ryde and Monktonmead Brook – the disappearing river.
This walk will follow a gentle pace.
Gentle, rolling landscape, walking on paths with good to average surfaces. Some walking on gentle inclines, some stiles or steps to be expected en route.
Walkers need to be reasonably agile and mobile. Not suitable for walkers with mobility impairment of any kind.
This walk is suitable for buggies and mobility scooters in theory however there are a couple of 'off-road' sections so please bear this in mind.
