See inside the beautiful and recently restored twin Victorian Chapels before taking a walk through history from Victorian symbolism, prominent people of the town, to graves from two World Wars, all within beautiful grounds rich in flora and fauna, including red squirrels.
This walk will follow a gentle pace.
Gentle, rolling landscape, walking on paths with good to average surfaces. Some walking on gentle inclines, some stiles or steps to be expected en route.
Walkers need to be reasonably agile and mobile. Not suitable for walkers with mobility impairment of any kind.
Some paths covered with grass or chipping; wide enough for wheelchairs but may need extra effort to negotiate. Refreshments at the end of the walk, toilet facility close to start/finish on walk.
